All You Magazine has  an informative chart about food storage. Gosh I wish I would of seen this earlier as I just tossed out a turkey I had sitting in my freezer. I thought it was old at 6 months. When in doubt I always throw out. That has been my motto. My frugalista self will rely on this chart from now on.
